ctrl+page up
Move to the previous edit location.
ctrl+page down
Move to the next edit location.
alt+ctrl+p
Switch to Print Layout view.
alt+ctrl+o
Switch to Outline view.
alt+ctrl+n
Switch to Draft view.

Promote a paragraph.
